Valencia-Depor = PLEASE WIN!
By: Cesar | February 22nd, 2009
Not much time to write today, but a small preview …
Valencia have no defense. Some might say we have no defense even with our defenders on the pitch.
But tonight against one of our main rivals, Deportivo La Coruna, we’re hurting for ball stoppers.
Big-boned Miguel over ate on his international break with Portugal, Moretti is injured, Albiol and Albelda are sanctioned and Marchena might not play simply because he’s Marchena.
Who does that leave us with?
Del Horno … uggh.
Maduro … hmm.
Alexis. Well …
Basically, a makeshift defense made up of retreads and guys coming back from injury, like Alexis.
The good thing about this is that Depor are without much of their strike force, much less their whole squad.
Manuel Pablo, Guardado, Ze Castro, Riki, Cristian and ex-Valencianista Mista are all out of action for Super Depor. Lassad Nouioui, who only made his first start for Depor last weekend, could be the lone striker.
Basically, we’re all screwed up.
We need this game … I say that every weekend, but we really need this game.
For morale. For pride. For our continued place in the Top 4 and the Champions League next season.
Goal.com?
Neither of these sides are likely to be particularly high on confidence heading into this match and bearing in mind Valencia have only won three times away from home this season, they have to start as underdogs. Nevertheless, los Che have some quality players in their ranks and even though Depor are a force at the Riazor this could well end with the points being shared.
Deportivo La Coruna 1-1 Valencia
Uggh … I’ve mentioned that I dislike them, no?
If I’m able, I’ll have a liveblog up. If not, please join everyone on the comments board for an AMUNT and a shout out to Our Beloved.
We really need this game.
PLEASE WIN!!! Please?

Unfortunately, I’m at work and will not be able to watch the match live, so I won’t be on the live blog. However, I have it taped on GolTV and will be watching it around 530. For all my fans, who love my insightful comments, please check back on here around 730. Thank you.

I’m just curious what’s the size of Alexis’ dick. He’s the closes approx. to a porn star we have. His hair is Bad, so is his tiny, barely visible moustache. I’d put him in late-eighties classic porn phase, the Tom Byron type hammer, tatoos ‘n’ all.
Sorry for this digression, I just couldn’t behave after seeing this photo…
Welcome back, Alexis!!!! Hope you make some good tacklee tonight.Posted from

Quin, I’m not sure thats the kind of “tackle” we want to see from Alexis tonight… Personally I hope he’s back and at his best, rather than being concerned with his penis.

Valeron used to play in godmode. Important to stop him if he starts tonight, dont want him turning back the clock with a vintage performance like Raul and De La Pena did last night… So an important night for Valencia’s midfield closing him down.
