Quique Si! Carboni No!

By: Cesar | June 19th, 2007

amedeo18ma2006a.jpgIt’s official, as in posted on the Valencia CF website … Quique stays, Carboni’s out.

A new sporting director will take over. New players will be coming in.

Frankly, I was hoping they’d both leave. Now, we’re in for more Comedy Classics from SeƱor Flores.

Carboni’s gone. No word if he stays on another basis, as a consultant or otherwise.

So what does this mean about the negotiations for David Trezeguet and Wesley Sneijder? What philosophy do we play with now?

Confusing times at the Mestalla. A new sporting director arrives in a few days.

Sometimes, you get what you asked for …

Oh fudge, I was really hoping that Quique was out :-/ I was hoping that you had mistranslated the article on the website so I had to go and see for myself and unfortunately I was still disappointed. I hope that Quique proves us all wrong next season and make us all ridiculously happy that he stayed.

Oh not once again. Is firing QQ such difficult a decision to make?? I’m really sorry for Carboni. He has made so much contribution for us the past season. Bye and have a good career elsewhere.

Wow QQ is going wild with all the mediocre players he fancies that Carboni had stopped with the buying. 15ME is too much for Sneijder whom QQ doesn’t like but all of a sudden we’re after Baptista who’s shite with Real Madrid and Arsenal at the same price. And Luis Garcia is back on the list again. Another favorite player of QQ.

Heartache every time I read Valencia news these days. The only best news so far is David Silva will be a Valencianista till he’s 27(I would have it with this club if they’re stupid enough to sell him)and Baraja’s 2 more years with us. Ruben might be injured a lot and not the same Baraja but I love his attitude. No fuss just let me end my career with this club.

Crap. A disappointment to find out that Carboni and not Quique has been turfed. Soler may know construction, but I don’t know if he knows football.

I didn’t want to suffer through another season of Quiqueball, but it appears to be the case that I will.

Crap. Another year of Quique at the helm is a disappointment to read. I honestly don’t understand why Soler rates Quique as a good coach.
