the bank has been giving contradicting stories,
first it said ,the bank union in spaing demands that there is a limit of 250m euros to a single customer which it has already issued to valencia.
they say, that they will study the documentation submitted by valencia with affection and professionalism...
i dont know,i think the bank wants to break the rules and give the loan but is also wondering what if something goes bad in future....
The economy of valencia depends on this!!!!
its really a tough time,But i heard there will be a third meeting between valencia and bancaja today evening or tomorrow morning to finalize the things
Hope everything works out....If some thing goes bad ,i will not know what to do !!!!
i cant imagine football without valencia!!!

Just when I was relaxed and confident in the club and in the fact that villa was staying, after a wretched summer in which i'd wake up to - if i even got any sleep, as the fear kept me awake - new reports of a chelsea and or real madrid bid for el guaje, this financial crisis happens. Although we all knew that our books were foxed, this just hit unexpectedly. I swear if we sell Villa in the Winter, and I don't get to see him when I go to Valencia in April for the Barca match, I will go ape sh**!

@ Almendras,
i dont agree mate, the city might benefit from good football clubs, but it also is responsible for the costs of it, e.g. police, destruction, prevention of violence etc. It is a two way thing and Barbera has said the right thing, this is our problem and nobody else's. I also have read about the London firm being in problem cause of other investments, couldn't have come at a worse time but its the status quo so lets try to find other solutions.

@ bob,
i hope one day football clubs and especially Valencia will listen to their fans. The more minds, the more opportunities and solucions, so listen and learn from other i would suggest. Until that time, i thank you for your confidence and kind gesture towards me and my posts here, and for your own participation on this great blog! Amunt to you all!!!

Apparently there is a foreign buyer for the Mestalla parcelas. The plan is now requested for 3 blocks of 25 instead of 4 blocks of 16. There has been a hold up in loan negotiations because Soriano has promised not to disclose the buyers name at this point but he has now been given permission to disclose his name to Banjaja and Rita Barbara (Mayor). The transactions were going to be finalised end of this month but the buyer has requested a further 2 months because of problems with an Asian investment and so is waiting liquid assets.
Rita Barbara (Mare) says the Valencia Administration are not in any way responsible for the economics of a private club. This of course totally ignores all the money coming in from visiting fans and teams with Hotel bookings etc, even more so if we get in the Champion slot. Also a new stadium might be of value in future European cup events. With the provision for Athletics as well this is a giant project and not a local Tennis club and should be helped out by the City.....Almendras

a leap year has to be ommited three times every four hundred years .fascinating.im not suprised that valencia take the fans for granted regards ignoring petitions.in the uk we managed to get a fan elected to the board so that our opinions were listened to but they only really paid lip service to it.cant see valencia letting a fan on the board.id certainly vote for young walker, his posts are always worth reading

@ Cesar
Well we started this petition to sign Sneijder in 2007, i tried to look it up and i saw i posted it here as well. I went to Valencia for some business for like 3 days, and so i printed the petition with at that time 450 signatures or something. Got there, and i was waiting and waiting till they had time for me. Than somebody had it, and i gave them the papers with all the signatures haha, made some photos with the nice lady and left. Was cool, unfort i dont have the photos anymore...

But i guess they have better things to do, than some dutchman showing up with 450 signatures for some player they couldnt get... But for a penya, i am sure u can arrange that man, but there are some basic things u need to complete. Sure you can get that mate!
