Predictions
By: Cesar | April 3rd, 2007
I’ve written enough about the game … if you want news, you know where to go! Right now? Let’s just get it on!
I managed to get the afternoon off work (’I have a bad cough’ … *snif snif*), so I’ll be heading to the finest football pub in New York City to catch the action, surrounded by Chelsea fans, my voice once again having to be the only one dedicated to the cause … but that’s ok … I’ll scream loud enough for everyone!
So … my heart will be aching, my voice scratchy, my head pounding … in agony with anticipation for goals …
The three Davids (Villa, Albelda & Silva) will have to be the Armada and lead the way …
My heart says 3-0 but my head says be intelligent …
Valencia 1 Chelsea 0
What do you think?
VAMOS!!! AMUNT!!!!

Amunt! You might be our rivals but at least you aren’t Chelsea, do it for La Liga!

I wish, but I’m seeing 1-1. Drogba is the man in the UCL.

I’m going with 2-1 Chelsea. Wait, wait, hear me out. I don’t think you’ll be able to keep Drogba off the score sheet, even if he has been a little less productive the past few weeks. And someone else, I’m not even guessing who, will put in another. But the important thing is, you’ll get that away goal, and take them 1-0 back home and advance.

Is it too late to predict 1-1? I say Valencia 1-0 in the second leg.

I agree with Nolan – you guys have the reputation of the Spanish league on your shoulders. If anyone can shut out Chelsea at home and knock them out, it’s you guys. Good luck for the second leg!

I’m happy enough with 1-1 although it’s a shame we gave away such a soft goal in the second half. Still work to do but we can beat Chelski!

Good to see Del Boy again. Excellent goal by Silva but its only half-time in this tie, all to play for next week.
