Didn’t get to watch this match, so couldn’t comment whether it was a good performance. I do like to say that I agree with you Sarrah, Albiol certainly can’t put up a solid performance if he has to take care the other defenders’ mistakes.
I like Albiol, he was one of the players that really impressed me last season and I was happy when he finally got selected to play for the Spanish National Squad. He deserved it bcos he worked really hard. Having said that, he is still young and has a lot to learn but he is definately a great defender in the making. Maybe Quique put too much responsibility on him now that Ayala has left the club. Alexis is good and quique should put him more often but why oh why, doesnt he…*sigh*

We didn’t even play one new player we bought except The Giraffe tht went on in the min 76… why spend the millions then??? Every team is playing the player they bought.. look at barca.. yaya toure, abidal henry etc,, Real madrid snijder.. drenthe .. atletico madrid.. everybody ,… thts the point of buying players so they play and bring the performance of the team uppwards.. but Valencia we play like we played last year… Roosengurg prolly studiend how we played from watcing last season’s games since not even one player changed and QQ didn’t progress with his stupid thoughts.

wow this was by far one of the worst performances i have ever had the displeaseure of watching. They looked so horrible and yet we looked worse.

I dont even know what to say about this match. It was rediculous. NO defence.. confused midfeild with no ball controll or playmaking. And the strikers never got any balls fesd to them. Not one.

we just lost… i knew tht we r going to lose b4 we played due to the formation tht joke played with…. u know i realy was hoping we lose and was hoping we lose by more like 5 or 7… because with how things are now. we lose a game and win the next and the lose and then win.. it might gove QQ a chance to stay. but if we suck all the time.. i think tht QQ will get the boot. so im ready to sacrifice this champions league cup and la liiga just to see QQ out of the our team.. we could have gotten trezeguet and anelka instead of arizmendi and the Giraffe tht can hardly move. Fuck QQ and FUCK his stupid choice of player tht he brought to the team. exept M.fernandes. he should be cleaning Valencias toilet not coaching the team.!

This was by far the best we’ve played this season but the scoreline doesnt show the true game because it felt much much closer. Depor got unlucky on a few shots that hit the post.

So i dont think it was an easy game. But valencia’s passing was much more spot on. And silva on the wing was brilliant.

yea we played much better this weekend than we have these past few weeks but our defense needs alot of work. I think that if we keep on in this direction, then we actually have a chance of winning something this season.

“But is it only me or does he scare you a bit out there in the center defense?” Actually, it is only you (:D) Albiol can’t be expected to compensate for Helguera’s shortcomings as well as making sure that he does his own job. How can Albiol put in a good solid performance if the rest of the defense isn’t? He can’t hold down the backline all by himself. He’s not Cannavaro for goodness sake

Nice hearing from u Cesar… I also liked how our team played and i am with u with how not so tight our defence looked. id like to comment on some players.
-Canizares- Sometimes he saves some goals tht u could say hes one of the best goalkeepers. and sometimes stupid goals get into his nets tht you could say he the biggest joke in the world… he was big.. now not so much.
-Raul Albiol- he is the joke. he sometimes looks good but he is not a plater to count on… In the first goal for depo u can see how he blocked canizares’s sight and stood in the way of the ball. he didnt stop it nor did he leave it for canizares to stop it. and tht caused the goal.. a defender shouldnt act like tht and should always keep inmind making space for the goal keeper and NEVER blocking his sight!

-Unknown - i dnt know who was that player- the player you see running to get the ball from depo player before Depo player passes it to his teamate and score the second and last goal….. He did a big mistake… when you see that the Depo player has a Valencia defender in his tail, why run to him like that and leave behind the goal with an attacker infront of it??? shouldnt he be watchin that Depo player tht scored the second goal to block any pass tht may get get to him???

-Silva was extraordinary so was Juaquin… and miguel is always the star!! we r lucky to have him.
-i rather see Alexis in the Defence than Raul albiol… Alexis is a good defender but THE JOKE QQ isnt giving him a chance to play.. in Getafe he use to play in every game and he was brilliant but when QQ plays him 1 game out of 3 or 4 games the player looses confidence in himself and he wouldn’t be able to play to his own standard.
-Why does QQ say in every match that is was a hard game to win… shouldne he say it was an easy game which may create more enthusiasm in the team and bring the morale up and thts exactly wht we need right now. If playing against Almeria and Depo is hard to win then playing against Barca and Real MAdrid is what??? IMPOSSIBLE???
he doesn;t belive in the team then how does he expect the team to believe in him?
