Disgusting…we had zero presence in the midfield. Silva was atrocious as was Vicente. I don’t know how many times I yelled at the tv for them to pass back, control the play…all they did was lose the ball. Rossi and Nihat were absolutely outstanding as was Pires.

For those who couldnt see the match, I am afraid Valencia were completely out played and outgunned.The score 3-0 is not a true indication. Valencia had one excellent shot by Baraja and would have been a goal except for a brilliant save.Villareal hit the goalposts 4 times without Hildebrand being nearby so you can add those to the list.Apart from that Hildebrand had to do some pretty good saves, except for the last goal where he went down on his knees (praying?) without getting hold of the ball and it was just flipped over his head.
Koeman keeps saying the team is moving in the right dirrection, which must mean backwards, how long can he go on like this? He is building a wall around the changing entrance and training area as he is being disturbed by the attention he is getting from the press
(poor thing) There is no truth in the rumour that it is to protect his training secrets.According to the press there are 2 players almost signed, DICA from Steaua for 4.5 million and Jo Elves (Brazilian) from CSKA Moscow,

From Mestalla, Valencia shop, TV rights, loaning players (Gavillan, Sisi, Pablo, Fernandez, etc.), selling player contracts (may be Angulo and Canizares, if they can find new clubs), other investments, and may be from Soler too.

Money should be our last prolem nowadays. The 2 ME should be less or equal to one match revenue.

Hi, todays papers say Maduro is signed subject to papers and medical being in order.Price quoted as near 2 and half million euros and Ajax offered up no resistance to this (makes you wonder, or does Koeman know something that no one else does) Koeman wants him as a replacement for Abelda. Todays match at 10 pm will be on Canal Nao.
Team quote as Hildebrand….Morietti,Marchena Helguera,
Arizmendi…..Silva,Baraja,Banega….Vicente,Joaquin…
and Villa riding point. Koeman may play Zigic in Villa’s place instead……….Fingers crossed….Adios
