i thought that i was gonna to see some nice play of the team and partically from silva and villa. shamefully it turned to be a sort of disaster with the players in front not able to create well teamplayed chances. our defense made some huge mistakes and, like javier told, if our opponents where tougher it easily could have turned into 1 or maybe even 2 goals. the backline is seriously something that must get worked on.

villa was taking the game not seriously enough, i think. just like silva. because with the talent that those guys are blasted they can take the fight to each big team, like we saw before in the uefa champions league. so why not against a team, with all respect, like lokomotiv sofía?? and then there is something else…
our leadman in the attack, david villa, agained missed a penalthy…just like 1 or even more couple times at the end of the season in la liga, correct me if i am wrong. what’s up with that?

sunny really impressed, again. i dare to say that these youngster has everything it takes to be a superb central midfielder. anyway, it just was a friendly. friendly games are just to experiments things, even though i must say that i cant wait till the game against inter is on!! bring on internazionale, cause i hate nothing more alongside real madrid then you fuckers!! truly hope that villa can kick some asses and cause some damage saturday, in london.

not that aimar is gone it’s a hard decision, isn’t it? i would pick david silva. the guy was the revelation last season, is still very young and can become only better and better. i think europe still hasn’t seen the half of him. he is one of the greatest big young guns outhere and is now already a very important piece of his club, how many young players can say that?? silva it is hehe..

Ok here are my thoughts. They looked very rusty in the centre midfield and the defence made some serious mistakes in front that they managed to recover from due more to the lack of quality for their opponents than their own skill. The forwards looked slow and out of place most of the game. They were not taking it seriously. That is except for Mata and Sunny who worked their asses off and i have a new found respect for Mata on the left flank young fast and hard working. Joaquin also played very well on the opposite flank very quick but ultimately was a foul magnet more than anything due to his crosses being off their mark more often than not.

So yeah it was a friendly but ultimately the defence looked shakey and the centre needs some magic man to tie it toegther.. Morientes wasnt paired with Villa wich i think is the secret to last seasons success.. Villa’s feet with Morientes head.
We need somebody to take Edu’s spot in the midfeild as a playmaker that has his quick pass style and timing and the wingers need to learn to acurately feed the ball to the forwards. And the defence needs an overhaul because defence wins leagues not offence.
