Bruno – New VCF Player

By: Cesar | June 16th, 2009

Bruno is ours!

No, not Sacha Baron Cohen’s newest character Bruno.

Bruno Saltor Grau, a Catalan RB who played his football with Almeria last season.

VCF will pay 2 million Euros to Real Betis owner Manuel Ruíz de Lopera’s company Tegasa (who held his rights), for the 29-year old’s services, who was being scouted by clubs like FC Barcelona.

According to Wikipedia, Bruno is known for his incredible pace and stamina.
I know nothing about the guy, save he’s bald.

Fill me in, anyone?

Believe it or not, RM have rated Albiol very highly, they need defense more than we do, and they want more Spanish players. I’m fairly sure they would think about that deal. @Vicent, I told you not to post anything about the damn Spain game!!!!

Daivd Villa “I only have one decision. My agent already knows what that is and he is working towards it. I am relaxed here”
Does that mean that he is definately not staying at Valencia becuase he says his agent is working on it and if he wanted to stay his agent would not need to work on anything right?

Don’t believe the newspapers. Llorente said no offers were made. Anything can happen anytime. This will be a long summer for us man…

Yeah, I know, it’s very sad.. But, we can only wait and see what will happen. The good thing is that Llorente is doing a very good job, and if we are selling Villa, no doubt we will sell him at the right price. So I think we should be optimistic.

Why is it sad?? We’re trying our best to sell him, no wonder he now has made up his mind about where he wants to go…

VAmir: what is it with Cristiano ronaldo and Vicente? Do they have some sort of a feud?

Mohamed: diarra? Don’t make me laugh! He’s one of the most overrated player I’ve ever seen. Completely rubbish. Nothing special. It isn’t for nothing that Diarra (the true one) will take his place for the upcoming seasons.

If David is going somewhere, then Valencia need immediately a striker. They don’t have one. (well, only one…) This is the reason why I thought that the Real Madrid’s bid although not “respectful” was the most advantageous. Negrado plus another striker would have provided the team with a decent potent force if the team play with a lone striker up front. However, if the team offload him, then they need before hand to find a back-up striker. A man that will take the responsibility on his shoulder.

@adimente, not necessarilly diara, but that kind of player like makelele type to give us stability when our players go all out attack.because last season we have been exposed at the back too much.any weak team used to score 1 or 2 against us at will.

villa might be sold but where are we gonna get the 850ME debt left after his sale?.

Miguel’s agent has received no offers for him. Shocking…

Also, Michel might go out on loan to Deportivo la Coruna, Getafe, or Almeria…

the way Villa’s case is progressing, according to Goal.com, his next destination is most likely Real Madrid. However, the swapping between him and Negrado is still on plus the 30 million euro offered. Real Madrid won’t exceed that amount of money and llorente is probably considering seriously the offer.

I think a loan for Michel would be a good thing, gives the lad more playing time and experience at the la liga level.

Silvas injury has returned against the Iraq:

As a consequence, he will miss at least the match against South Africa.

Let him recover completely! Don’t want to have a second Vicente…

Ok after loving Borat I was hoping to get a good laugh by going to watch Bruno. To my surprise and utter shock, this movie was absolutely disgusting. It goes WAY too far in everything it does. I did laugh a couple times, but sitting through this movie was dreadful and awful. I can’t believe that this movie isn’t at the bare minimum NC-17. And unlike Borat, it didnt really have a point or a strong message. It is really that bad.
