AMUNT! And I’m Off to Spain!

By: Cesar | June 6th, 2008

Just a small note to let you know I’m still here, reading all the comments and still checking up on my Beloved as they try to remake their squad. Thanks all!

Remember to read the Spain Euro 2008 blog, where I’ll be concentrating my efforts for the next month.

I know a few of you are in Spain. I’m going there next week, so if any of you are around and would like to meet up, please let me know! I’ll only be there for about a week and a half, but it’d be nice to meet more readers as I have here in NYC (Daniel, Timothy Lakefront, Jason).

Viva España! And AMUNT!!!! See you soon!!

enjoy Cesar, i might be going to spain, its a 30%. neways i was thinking,,, what are fans for! why not donate to help our club out of his crises!?! So that we could actyually buy VdV and the likes of trezeguet to fill in D.villa’s place… cesar or bob if you could do nething bout this idea, i think it willl be great and will show the world how loyal Valencia fans are to the club worldwide!

Anybody else seeing the flurry of Valencia speculation goin on these days? Joaquin to Inter or Tottenham; Villa to Madrid, Barca, all of Serie A; All Valencia midfielders under 21 on loan to Real Betis.. I hope this isn’t a long drawn out summer saga transfer wise. Once Euros are done, I hope we try wrapping everything up in 2 or 3 weeks

Villa at it again, match winner today vs Sweden. Emery says that Villa and Silva are integral and are not for sale. Hopefully they stay, maybe we can unload a dozen fringe players and Joaquin for about 35 mil euros.. Don’t mind Joaquin stayin, but if his departure means Villa and Silva stay, off you go buddy

    WOW…!!!
Villa scored again, a determine goal against sweden. He’s going to be the top scorer of the tournament, and a much better performance by Silva. Both of them are the winning key for spain against sweden.

And yess Emery insist to keep Villa & Silva hopefully they will stay.

Sell juaquin and bring pablo hernandes in his place…bring a left bk. And a world class striker like morientes next to villa.
so we got villa and tht world class striker. then mata as a left wing and silva his left banega assisting pablo hernandes on the right

According to goal.com, Miguel has requested to leave the club. Maybe Miguel + Joaquin money can keep Silva and Villa? Although we will then have no right backs, hopefully Pablo can slot in on the right side of midfield

Joaquin is good, a bit lazy but capable of good things. Unfortunately, the only thing i don’t like about his game is that he isn’t a great passer of the wing. If anyone disagrees i respect your opinion and probably you may watch him play more than i have. I just find that he tends to beat defenders easily then passes listlessly into the box. In his own way he has helped us alot…i recall he was our main scorer near the end of the season b4 Quique left.

Joaquin is a great crosser when there is a target man int he box.. but since Morientes who is our target man was missing most of the season he had nobody to recieve the cross at head lvl. Villa is a finese player and doesnt accept crosses in the air very well.
